1. Overview

This website is operated by SOKAI GROUP ("SOKAI", "we", "us", "our"), 41 Rue Navier, 75017 Paris, France. By visiting our store and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order. Our products are designed for children aged 6 to 14 and must be used under adult supervision.

3. Products and use

We make every effort to display our products, colors and images accurately. Training results depend on each child's practice and are not guaranteed. Use the mat on a flat, clear surface, away from furniture, stairs and fragile objects. SOKAI is not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from misuse of the products.

4. SOKAI app access

Your kit includes access to the SOKAI app. App access is personal to your household and may not be resold or shared publicly. We may update, improve or change app features at any time. If your order is refunded, the app access included with the kit ends.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time without notice, but the price charged is the one shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issue. If we cancel an order that has been paid, we refund it in full.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak periods.

7. Returns and refunds

Our 60-day guarantee and our rules for damaged or wrong items are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or other content, you confirm it is honest, reflects your own experience, and does not violate anyone's rights. You allow SOKAI to use, reproduce and display this content on our store, social media and advertising, without payment. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this store and in the SOKAI app (brand, logos, texts, images, videos, training programs) belongs to SOKAI or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

Our store uses third-party services (for example Shopify, payment providers, shipping carriers and review apps). Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOKAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the "Last updated" date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence.
